Email claudale@veteransconnectionhubllc.com for help with account access, veteran verification, community safety, subscriptions, or privacy. Include your profile name, app version, device type, and a description of the issue. Never send your password or military documents by email.

Account access and verification
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to reset your password. Check your spam folder for verification emails. Upload eligibility documents through the app's verification flow. Contact support if you cannot finish verification.

Community safety
Use Report on the relevant profile, message, group, event, or resource. You can block a member from their profile and view your submitted reports in Profile. Veterans Hub is not an emergency service.

Premium and billing
Open Profile to manage your subscription or restore purchases. Apple App Store and Google Play handle purchases and subscription cancellation. Deleting your Veterans Hub account does not cancel a store subscription.

Account and data deletion
Open Profile, scroll to Danger zone, and select Delete account. To request deletion without using the app, email support from your account email address. Details: https://honorable-gazelle-522.convex.site/delete-account
